ก่อนอื่นถ้ายังไม่ทราบว่า Cookies คืออะไร ให้ คลิกเข้าไปอ่าน
หลาย ๆ โปรแกรมในการใช้งาน internet ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการใช้งาน web base email, การ register ในหลายๆ web จำเป็นจะต้องกำหนดให้ enable cookies (หมายถึงอนุญาติให้รัน cookies ได้) แต่การอนุญาติให้รัน cookies แต่ เราอาจจำเป็นต้องเสียความเป็นส่วนตัว และ security ไปบ้าง ดังนั้น คงต้องพิจารณาความเหมาะสมกันไป...
การ Enable/Disable Cookies (Internet Explorer)
- คลิกไปที่เมนู Tools เลือก Internet Options
- เลือก แท็ป Security
- คลิกเลือกด้านล่าง custom level..
- scroll down มาด้านล่างในตำแหน่ง Cookies
- ในตำแหน่ง "Allow cookie that are stored on your computer" คลิกเลือก "Enable"
- และ "Allow per-session cookies" คลิกเลือก "Enable"
- ในทางกลับกัน ถ้าต้องการยกเลิก Cookies ให้ทำดังนี้
- ในตำแหน่ง "Allow cookie that are stored on your computer" คลิกเลือก "Disable"
- และ "Allow per-session cookies" คลิกเลือก "Disable"
การ Enable/Disable Cookies (Netscape)
- คลิกไปที่เมนู Edit เลือก Preferences
- เลือก Advanced
- การ enable ให้เลือก "Accept all cookies" หรือ "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
- การยกเลิก Cookies ให้เลือก "Disable cookie"
- กรณีต้องการให้ยืนยันการใช้ Cookies เป็นครั้งคราว เลือก "Warn me before accepting a cookie" และเลือก "Accept all cookies" หรือ "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
- คลิกปุ่ม OK เพื่อยืนยัน
